Cancellation Policy

- Rental Eligibility Customers must provide a valid government-issued ID (e.g., national ID, passport) to confirm their booking. Rental services are available for both personal and business needs, with clear use cases specified during booking. - Booking and Payment All truck rentals must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. A non-refundable booking fee may apply to secure the service. Payment must be made upfront before the truck and driver are dispatched. - Driver Responsibility A professional driver will operate the vehicle at all times; customers are not permitted to drive the truck. The driver will ensure the safe transport of goods and adherence to all road and traffic laws. Any specific instructions regarding handling or delivery must be communicated at the time of booking. - Vehicle Use Trucks are rented solely for the purpose of transporting goods or items as agreed during the booking process. Overloading the vehicle or transporting prohibited items (e.g., hazardous materials, contraband) is strictly prohibited. - Fuel and Distance Fuel costs are included in the rental fee for standard distances within Accra and its environs. Additional charges may apply for longer distances or extended wait times beyond the agreed rental period. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled booking to avoid a late cancellation fee. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will incur a penalty fee equal to 50% of the rental cost. - Liability and Insurance House of Estados ensures that the truck and driver are fully insured. Customers are responsible for any damages or loss resulting from misuse or incorrect instructions provided by them.
