Our round trip service offers a hassle-free and comfortable way to explore your desired destinations in and around Ghana. Whether you're attending business meetings, going on a leisure trip, or need transportation for an event, we provide flexible pick-up and drop-off options to suit your schedule. With our professional drivers and reliable vehicles, you can enjoy a seamless journey from start to finish, ensuring you get to your destination on time and with ease.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation: All round trip bookings must be made through our website or customer service, with a clear confirmation issued for each booking request. Minimum Notice: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for booking a round trip. Last-minute bookings may be accepted subject to vehicle availability. Changes to Bookings: Any changes to your trip details (e.g., destination changes, time adjustments, or additional passengers) should be communicated to us as soon as possible to avoid disruptions. Changes made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur additional fees. Refunds and Cancellations: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made earlier than 12 hours will receive a full refund. No Shows: In the event of a no-show at the agreed pickup location, the full booking fee will be charged. If you are unable to locate your driver, please call our support number immediately for assistance. Special Requests: If you have any special requirements (e.g., child seats, extra luggage, or custom itineraries), please inform us in advance so we can ensure the appropriate vehicle is arranged for your trip. Responsibility: While we take great care in providing safe and reliable transportation, we are not liable for any personal items left in the vehicle. Please check that all your belongings are with you before departure.
